"We used Local Estate Agent to sell our house, earlier in the year. Lincoln was polite, friendly, understanding and really good at explaining the whole process. The listing in Rightmove was really professionally done and the photos were excellent, with plenty of them. Any changes that we requested were accommodated and made, so we felt that we had a level of control, which other larger estate agents wouldn't let you have. Within a short amount of time, we had several viewings and some serious interest in the house, which ultimately lead to a sale which went through. Throughout the process, Lincoln was very contactable (even out of normal office hours) and was able to help, when required. I wholeheartedly recommend Local Estate Agent. "In February this year we decided to sell our home in Northants in order to move closer to family and friends in north Bucks. Our home was marketed by Lincoln Bedeau from LOCAL estate agent. From the first meeting with Lincoln who showed us around a couple of houses in the desired area, we were impressed by his easy manner, his professionalism and his clear experience in the industry. Having moved home on numerous previous occasions our experience of estate agents was not great, but Lincoln was like a breath of fresh air. He very quickly gained our confidence and guided us seamlessly through what is usually a very daunting process. "Highly recommend Lincoln! I couldn't speak more highly of him. Just go with Lincoln, he makes life easy and the process comfortable. He's always available, not only in working hours, but also outside those hours, I was not expecting his reply in evenings but he did. My purchase had some issues with the legal stuff, and I still feel unreasonable that an agent is more helpful than a solicitor on legal matters...My solicitor only do their job, more specifically, only wait, never take extra any considerations and actions benefit to me or discuss with me. And that was what Lincoln has done. I would have saved months if the solicitor were acting in the same way. "I was recommended to Local Estate Agent by a work colleague who had sold a house through this company the previous year. I first made contact with Bertie via email and he answered all of my questions I had prior to the valuation very promptly. On the day of the valuation Bertie went through the selling process and timescales of when to expect things to happen. As my property was a shared ownership he went over all the finer details that I needed to get in place to get the sale underway. Lots of excellent photos were taken and the online listing was exactly as Bertie had said it would be. Mitch is an absolute star he worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line providing updates on a regular basis. "It was an absolute pleasure to work with Bertie (Local Estate Agent MK) and a very refreshing change from your 'regular' estate agent experience. Bertie has a unique holistic approach to his business from the way he conducts his viewings to his flexibility to make the whole process convenient for the client. For me the first differentiator was his availability. We viewed our new property at 8.30pm he brought our buyer around the next day for a viewing before our property was even on the market and he closed the deal (both offers accepted) that same night at 11.30pm. "We were delighted with Bertie's service. He marketed and sold our house for more than a High Street agent had suggested within 14 days of instruction and for a fraction of the cost. He was attentive hands on knowledgeable interested and proactive in all areas of the job from suggestions on how to sell and how to stage the house through to which photos to take and how to take and make them look good. I decided to put our house on the market with him instead of a High Street agency after he described the whole area around our house was the additional selling point rather than just what was inside the walls of the house. He also listened to what I thought were the good points to our house and used them along with his thoughts. We had put our house up for sale previously with several high street agencies none of which I was satisfied with.
