Bertie Edwards spent many years working for traditional 'High Street' estate agents before founding LOCAL Estate Agent. Through this experience, Bertie recognised that many of the office-related costs, overheads, and commissions passed on to sellers were unnecessary – especially since most property buyers now search online using platforms like Rightmove.
In 2014, with the support of his family, Bertie established LOCAL Estate Agent in Milton Keynes. Our innovative model allows agents to work from remote office environments, passing these cost and efficiency savings directly to our clients.
